THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are searching for a 2D Game Artist who can create character concepts, environments, backgrounds, vfx and decoration inside our game engine. You'll working with our Senior artist to deliver high quality art for our games.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Write clear and concise game design documents

• Drive prototyping, mechanics, pacing, tuning, tutorial, usability, level ramp, story, meta-structure, aesthetics, and creative vision of projects assigned to you

• Use a metrics-driven approach to game design, learning from users, as you drive retention, virality and monetization into the design of the game

• Source ideas and draft proposals consisting of concept docs, development plans, product plans, and schedules

• Understand and contribute to overall company goals and sales/marketing requirements advising on portfolio direction and new game ideas and inventing and sourcing from third parties the best games to serve our target consumers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create art in a wide range of styles from realistic to cartoon, from start concept to implementation in the game.

• Conceptualize, design, and create stunning (2D) in-game visual effects

• Create high quality texture content for the game world (textures and other related maps).

• Decorate and optimize art in our in-house game engine

• Create character concepts, environments and backgrounds.

• Create game interface and menus.

• Active involvement in the game creation process by interacting with the design team.

• Effectively contributing to the art pipeline while understanding target platform constraints.

• Meeting project deadlines/milestones.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Needs to have a passion for games.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Game Designer.

• Technical knowledge regarding Game Designing is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• You will work with our small indie team to develop high quality games. You and your team get full freedom to decide gameplay / feel of the game.

• You will be working on Console / PC games (Xbox,Plastation, Steam..).

• You will have to work on wide variety of game development disciplines such as AI, Networking, Path finding, Tool development etc..

• Develop and implement independent modules, write stable and highly optimised code

• You will be working with Unity 3D and/or our in-house Game Engine.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Very strong C++, C# and object oriented programming skills..

• You will be working on Console / PC games (Xbox,Plastation, Steam..).

• Should be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with artist, designers, QA, animators and display strong team skills.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in object oriented programming related development.

• High aptitude and strong analytical skills.

• Should be familiar with performance bottlenecks and ways to resolve them, multi-threading, OS concepts, System programming etc.

• Very strong debugging skills.

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in computer science (ideally from a reputed institute) or relevant work experience.
